Lango Translator is an add-on for translating multilingual pages on Confluence Cloud into over 80 languages. It is ideal for technical documentation, onboarding guides, business rules, and any content intended for customers or employees in multiple languages.
Supporting leading translation providers like DeepL, Google Cloud Translation, Microsoft Azure AI Translator, and Systran, Lango enables effortless creation of translated subpages for your content.

Automatic Translation Updates
With Lango Automation, your translated pages are always up-to-date. Any edits to the source page are automatically reflected in the translations. At the same time, external share links are automatically updated to reflect these changes. This ensures clear communication and eliminates any confusion. -
Flexible Page Organization
Translated pages are organized as sub-pages of the source by default, but you can customize their location to suit your workflow. When using default settings, simply enable the “Share child pages” option in External Share, and external users will have access to the translated pages. -
One-Click Access for External Users
External viewers can simply click the share link and select their preferred language to access translated content!
How it works?
Getting started with this integration is quite easy.
- Activate Lango Translator on your desired Confluence page. Type /Lango on the page to insert the Lango Switcher Macro and choose the language you want to translate to!
- Add a translation provider and select translation language. Step-by-step guide is available at Lango Administraion.
- Create an external share link by using our External Share for Confluence. You can enable translated pages by marking the “Share child pages” checkbox when creating the link.
- It’s almost done! Send the link to your external users.
- When external users open the shared link, they can select their preferred language to view the translated page, like the above image. Even the source page is edited, you can sync translated pages manually or automatically.
