RTE Summit 2024 in Amsterdam

We recently had the pleasure of participating in the 10th edition of the RTE Summit, hosted by the Gladwell Academy in the vibrant and beautiful city of Amsterdam. Held on November 5-6, this event was an incredible opportunity for our team at Warsaw Dynamics to connect with a dynamic community of Release Train Engineers, industry thought leaders, and innovators. We want to express our gratitude to everyone who made the 10th edition of the RTE Summit such a remarkable event! A huge thank you to the incredible team at Gladwell Academy for organizing this impactful gathering that brought together such a passionate and diverse community. To the inspiring speakers - thank you for sharing your invaluable insights and enriching the sessions with your expertise. And, of course, a big shout out to all the attendees who made the event dynamic and engaging. It was awesome to meet so many of you at our booth, learn about your unique challenges and use cases, and discuss how our apps can help address them. Your feedback and experiences fuel our passion for continuous improvement, and connecting with such insightful professionals was truly inspiring.

Sharing Our Solutions: Approval Path, External Share, and Contract Signatures

At our booth, we had the pleasure of presenting three of our core apps - Approval Path, External Share, and Contract Signatures. Each tool addresses unique challenges faced by Release Train Engineers (RTEs).

• Approval Path simplifies the complexities of managing approvals across multiple agile teams, finance and legal teams, managers, or external stakeholders. For RTEs coordinating project increments, it automates workflows and tracks every sign-off, ensuring greater efficiency and transparency during project planning. This makes it easier to keep projects aligned and progressing smoothly.

• External Share provides a secure way to collaborate beyond internal teams. RTEs often need to communicate roadmaps or project updates with external stakeholders such as clients, vendors, or partners. This app enables the safe sharing of specific content (issues, boards, timelines, filters, or pages) while maintaining the security of the broader system.

• Contract Signatures streamlines the process of signing agreements and contracts directly in Jira and Confluence. This tool ensures that formal agreements are managed efficiently, securely, and without delays.

We truly appreciated the opportunity to engage in meaningful conversations with participants, who shared their experiences and feedback. Hearing about real-life use cases and evolving needs is invaluable, helping us refine and enhance our apps to better meet the demands of users like you.

Building Connections and Making Memories

The networking and integration breaks at the RTE Summit were a wonderful opportunity to connect with incredible people from across the industry, share ideas, and gain fresh insights into how RTEs are driving agile success in their organizations. We also enjoyed sharing some branded keepsakes—our t-shirts, mugs, and teas were a big hit with visitors who stopped by our booth!
