I had an issue with the !include statement of the PlantUML plugin which got quickly resolved. No I can make use of the PlantUML standardlib and create architecture diagrams directly in the Wiki code. Splendid, thank you!

Maintaining diagrams has become much easier with this plugin It integrates well with confluence.

Markdown and Mermaid are great technologies for writing documentation both developers and product managers can understand and change. Being able to embed both into Confluence pages makes our workflow of documenting a whole lot easier, intuitive and non-destructive, as we can embed both new and already existing Markdown/Mermaid documentation directly into the Confluence pages and get them out of there again without any weird formatting issues or loosing the original Markdown/Mermaid code. While it took me a while to understand how to use this plugin properly, it gets the job done pretty well! There are a few minor bugs and some missing nice-to-have features, and I didn't test it too much yet - but overall, I managed to embed both Markdown and Mermaid diagrams into the Confluence page and have them displayed exactly as they should. Thank you guys so much for providing this plugin free of charge, you're definitely making my life a lot easier! Definitely recommended! PS: If you are struggling to add a Mermaid Diagram from page content, add the correct macro block to your page and then put a script snippet element (with /script) right into that macro block. Into that script snippet element, then start with your diagram definition (like "sequenceDiagram").
